🧠🔬New research shows that the answer is all in YOUR mindset.

If you think you only have a limited amount of willpower, you are right.

And if you think you have plenty of it, you’re also right.

Here’s a little background: back in the 1990s, scientists came up with a theory called “ego depletion,” which basically suggested that willpower is a limited resource.


👉They thought that if you were tired or stressed, you were more likely to run out of willpower.

BUT… new research suggests that may only apply if you believe it.

🔥The good news is that now you can take back control (and personal responsibility!) over your actions — and stop relying on willpower to see you through.


One way to do that: the next time you feel like you don’t have willpower, switch into PROBLEM-SOLVING MODE.

❓Ask yourself: Why do you feel like your willpower is slipping? When you know WHY, you can do something about the root cause.
