Our Better Movements Challenge Group Class is designed to help you improve your strength, posture, and overall quality of life. Through our Weekly Online Group Class, you will have access to an all-in-one strength and fitness therapy program.
Within this program, we incorporate strength training and corrective movements to target common pain areas such as ankles, knees, back, shoulders, and neck. Our goal is not only to alleviate existing pain but also to prevent future discomfort by teaching you proper posture and efficient movement patterns.
Through our Functional Fitness Therapy approach, which combines corrective exercises, strength training, myofascial stretches, global posture stretches, and ELDOA (therapeutic exercises for the spine and joints), you will achieve good posture, build strength, and reduce the risk of injury.
As a bonus, we also offer a Monthly Strength Training Group Program. This program focuses on restoring your body from the inside out, sculpting a strong and fit physique that supports an optimal and fulfilling life.
Additionally, all our live sessions will be recorded and made available for replay at your convenience. This ensures that you can access and review the sessions whenever it suits your schedule.
