Our Online Training Group Class offers a comprehensive program to enhance your fitness and wellness through movement meditation. We aim to elevate your health and well-being by incorporating specialized breathing exercises and aligning the body and mind.

During our online sessions, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of techniques, including seated and movement meditation, Qigong, advanced breathing exercises, myofascial stretches for the muscle-connective tissue, and ELDOA, which are therapeutic exercises for the spine and joints. These techniques are designed to nourish and empower your body, improving overall health and wellness.

Furthermore, each session will be recorded, allowing you the flexibility to access and replay them at your convenience. You can participate in the live sessions or catch up later, at your convenience.

We also offer a Monthly Breathing & Movement Meditation Program as a bonus. This program offers monthly exercises and practices to enhance your breathing, movement, and meditation skills.
