Our Online Training Group Class offers a comprehensive program to enhance your fitness and wellness through movement meditation. We aim to take your health and well-being to the next level by incorporating specialized breathing exercises and realigning the body and mind.

During our online sessions, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of techniques, including seated and movements meditation Qigong, advanced breathing exercises, myofascial stretches for the muscle-connective tissue, and ELDOA, which are therapeutic exercises for the spine and joints. These techniques are designed to nourish and empower your body, improving overall health and wellness.

Furthermore, each session will be recorded, allowing you the flexibility to access and replay them at your convenience. You can participate in the live sessions or catch up later, according to your schedule.
