Our Bi-Weekly Online Group Class offers a comprehensive program to enhance your fitness and wellness through movements meditation. Our goal is to take your health and well-being to the next level by incorporating specialized breathing exercises and realigning the body and mind.
During our online sessions, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of techniques, including seated and movements meditation Qigong, advanced breathing exercises, myofascial stretches for the muscle-connective tissue, and ELDOA, which are therapeutic exercises for the spine and joints. These techniques are specifically designed to nourish and empower your body, leading to improved overall health and wellness.
Furthermore, each session will be recorded, allowing you the flexibility to access and replay them at your convenience. This means you can participate in the live sessions or catch up later, according to your schedule.
As a bonus, we also offer a Monthly Breathing & Movement Meditation Program. This program provides additional exercises and practices to further enhance your breathing, movement, and meditation skills on a monthly basis.
