Is this meant to replace my training or gym routine? Not at all. It’s designed to enhance your current program helping you move better, recover faster, and feel more mobile in everything else you do.

I haven’t stretched in years, is this for me? Yes. It’s safe, gentle, and progressive. Great for all levels especially stiL, desk-bound bodies.

What if I can’t kneel or stand? This version includes chair-supported kneeling and standing. If you need fully seated only, check out our Active-Agers Chair Mobility program.

How long is the program? 3 weeks. 5 short sessions a week. Most are under 20 minutes. What equipment do I need? Just a sturdy chair. A towel or block is optional.
Is there a refund policy? Yes, 21 days, no questions asked.
