"You have power over your mind — not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength." — Marcus Aurelius.

To all my fellow overthinkers, this one’s for you!

It’s so easy to get caught up in things we can’t control: a stressful day at work, unexpected life events, or other people’s opinions.
BUT: Your mindset is always in your control.

Here’s how to simplify and shift your mindset:
🧘 Focus on what you can do today, not on what you can’t.
🙌 Embrace progress over perfection, knowing every step forward counts.
📝 Practice gratitude daily. It’s simple but powerful for reframing your thoughts.
I work with my clients to develop a ‘reframe practice,’ where we turn negative thoughts into opportunities for growth.
👉 For me, this mindset shift helped me handle setbacks without getting completely derailed.
Remember, strength comes from mastering your mind, not from controlling everything around you. What’s one thought you can reframe today?

If this spoke to you, follow me for more tips on simplifying your mindset for better health and happiness.
