"I have come to believe that caring for myself is not self-indulgence. It is self-preservation." - Audre Lorde

What would happen if you put yourself first for the next 30 days? 👇

Most of us have a long list of to-dos every day…
And taking care of ourselves is usually last on that list.

But what if, for the next 30 days, you…

👉 Made sleep a non-negotiable priority, aiming for 7-9 hours every night
👉 Took 15 minutes each morning for yourself - to meditate, journal, or enjoy your coffee in peace
👉 Or prepared a few healthy make-ahead meals instead of grabbing quick, processed options"?

It doesn’t sound like much, but if you start there and stay consistent…

You WILL notice a difference in how you feel.

Even on my busiest days, I will [how you take care of yourself when you’re busy - ex. “make sure I get up an hour earlier just to get a walk or some yoga in before I give the next 16 hours to everyone else”].

So today, I encourage you to start doing at least one thing from the list above or something better.

You deserve to feel good!
