Welcome to the Fitness Meditation-Library! Our All-in-one Seated and Movement Meditation program is crafted to improve your wellness, strength, posture, and overall quality of life. You can participate in our bi-weekly online group classes, which are available both live and as replays in our comprehensive session library.

Our program includes a variety of techniques:
- Qigong and Advanced Breathing Exercises for better circulation, mindfulness, and cardiovascular health.
- Myofascial and Loaded Stretches to enhance your flexibility and reduce pain.
- ELDOA, which are therapeutic exercises for your spine and joints.

Our unique approach combines Movement Meditation, Functional Martial Arts Strength Training, myofascial stretches, global posture stretches, and ELDOA. These methods are specifically designed to nourish and empower your body by incorporating specialized breathing exercises and body realignment techniques.

For your convenience, all sessions are recorded. This allows you the flexibility to either join live or access the replays whenever it suits you.
