Welcome to the Better Movements Community-Library! Our All-in-one Strength & Fitness Therapy program is designed to enhance your strength, posture, and overall quality of life. You can join us through our bi-weekly online group classes, available live or as replays in our extensive session library.
Our program focuses on strength training and corrective movements that target common areas of pain, including the ankles, knees, back, shoulders, and neck. We teach proper posture and efficient movement patterns to help alleviate existing pain and prevent future discomfort.
Our approach, Functional Fitness Therapy, integrates corrective exercises, strength training, myofascial stretches, global posture stretches, and ELDOA. These methods are designed to improve your posture, build strength, and reduce the risk of injury.
